From Keihan Line
ShILC meeting is held at a conference room in Asuto Hamaotsu in Otsu city, Shiga. It is located near Hamaotsu station of Keihan Ishiyama-Sakamoto line and Keishin line. You can also get there from Otsu station in 15 minites on foot. Since there is parking available, feel free to drive here. It is easy to come there from Otsu, Seta, Kusatsu, Moriyama, Ritto, Takashima, Kyoto, and Osaka.
In case you use Keihan line Hamaotsu station（京阪浜大津駅） on Ishiyama-Sakamoto line and Keishin line is most convenient for Asuto Hamaotsu.
From Hamaotsu station（浜大津駅）, you can get to Asuto Hamaotsu(明日都浜大津) in just a few minites on foot.
There are two buildings in Asuto Hamaotsu. The conference room in Fureai plaza(ふれあいプラザ) is located on the 5th floor of the north building. You can easily find it. Please check the google map at the end of this page as well.
From JR line
In case you use JR line, you can easily come Asuto Hamaotsu using Otsu station（JR大津駅） about 15minites on foot. After getting our the station from the north gate, please go Hamaotsu station on foot. Near the Hamaotsu station, you can find Asuto Hamaotsu. There are two buildings in Asuto Hamaotsu. The conference room in Fureai plaza(ふれあいプラザ) is located on 5th floor of north building. You can easily find it. Please watch the google map at the end of this page, too.
Car, motor bike, or bicycle.
If you are driving, please come using the map shown below. 明日都浜大津（あすとはまおおつ） is registered in most car navigation systems as well. There are two buildings in Asuto Hamaotsu. The conference room in Fureai plaza(ふれあいプラザ) is located on the 5th floor of north building. You can easily find it.
